The Hickory BBQ is a full of bold hickory wood
smoke. The great taste of hickory will be infused into meats, poultry, seafood
or vegetables. The skewers are
rectangular, so your food won't spin and ten inches long so you can get plenty of food
on the skewer. Perhaps the most versatile of all the seasoned skewers. Each pack contains

Grilled "Meat and Potatoes Hickory Skewers
Serves 4
4 Hickory Seasoned Skewers™
8 small red new potatoes (about one pound)
1 pound boneless beefsteak (cut into approximately 16 - 1˝
inch chunks)
Olive or vegetable oil for brushing
Salt and pepper to taste
Microwave potatoes on high until just fork tender, about five minutes, depending
upon your microwave. Cut each potato into half. Thread onto a Hickory BBQ
Soak Seasoned Skewer four potato halves alternating with four pieces of steak.
Repeat. Let sit for 10 to 20 minutes in refrigerator.
Lightly brush skewers on each side with olive or vegetable oil and season to taste
with salt and pepper.
Place on a preheated, medium-high grill and cook until beef is cooked to desired
doneness, about 4 to 5 minutes per side.
