Emperor's Chinese Black Rice -
Takes
on a chewy texture when cooked. Serve as a side dish by itself, or add
steamed, dried, or sautéed vegetables, or mushrooms for a heartier dish.
Ingredients: Chinese Black Rice
1 - 2.2oz Thai Garden spice
- This intriguing Asian blend uses a delicate balance of sweet and savory
spices to impart the subtle nuances found in classic Thai cooking. Cinnamon
and garlic mixed with cloves and red pepper are just a few of the
"sweet-heat" pairings that make this blend so enticing to use in any type of
cooking. Add 1-2 Tbsp. per pound of meat or vegetables when stir frying. Rub
with a bit of olive oil over chicken breast, steaks, fish or shrimp before
grilling or baking. For a contemporary twist on rice, add 1 Tbsp. per 2 cups
rice. Ingredients: Coriander, red pepper flakes, cumin, nutmeg, cinnamon,
garlic, black pepper, basil, cardamom, cloves. Salt and Sugar Free!

Ginger BBQ spice - The citrus wasabi notes work well with strong seafood:
bluefish, swordfish and salmon as well as all cuts of beef and pork. Blend
1-2 T per pound of meat with olive oil or soy sauce to create marinades.
Sprinkle over veggies or saute with chopped garlic. Ingredients: Mustard
powder, sugar, sea salt, minced garlic, orange peel, ginger, spinach powder,
pepper, mustard oil powder, soybean oil, wasabi powder.

Dryglaze™ Combines traditional Asian flavors of ginger and wasabi with
orange and demerara sugar to create a yin-yang sensation, flavors bound
together with sea salt and peppery citrus flavors. Rub olive oil onto meat
and coat generously with Urban Accents Dryglaze™ on all sides. Cover and let
sit for 20 minutes in refrigerator to create a beautiful glaze. Ingredients:
Demerara sugar, sea salt, dehydrated carrots, soy sauce solids (naturally
fermented from wheat, soybeans, salt) maltodextrin, and caramel color,
spices (including ginger and anise), garlic, orange peel, wasabi powder,
citric acid, horseradish/mustard oil blend (modified corn starch,
fractionated coconut oil, and extractives of mustard and horseradish),
