Clayton “Clay” Frotten’s line, Acadian Seasonings and Rubs, have been created from his inspiring Acadian Heritage. Clay was born in Quinan, Yarmouth County, Nova Scotia. His love for cooking, as well as his years of knowledge gained from his experiences within the Canadian food service industry, have equally inspired him to create this palatable line.
